UFL Career Awareness Session - In-person Grande Prairie

It’s hiring season for Underground Facility Locators!

As we head into the busy winter construction period, demand for underground facility locators continues to grow due to the important role they play in helping prevent damage to existing underground utilities during excavation and construction work. Many entry-level positions are currently available, with on-the-job training provided!

Join us in-person at the Grande Prairie Public Library, Rotary Community Room, on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 at 3 pm for a free information session.

We’ll walk through what the job involves, the skills you’ll develop, and what to expect in the field. You’ll also meet industry professionals who can share their experiences and answer your questions.
